Whippet Jumper – Warm Knitted Dog Sweater for Greyhounds, Italian Greyhounds & Sighthounds

Description

Olive Green Cable Knit Whippet Jumper – Warm Knitted Dog Sweater

Keep your whippet, greyhound or lurcher warm and comfortable with our handmade olive green cable knit dog jumper. Designed specifically for the deep chest, slim waist and long back of sighthounds, this cosy knitted sweater offers warmth without the bulky fit of ordinary dog clothing.

The classic cable knit design gives a smart, timeless finish, making it ideal for chilly days indoors, relaxing after walks and layering under a waterproof coat in colder weather.

Important – Please Measure Before Ordering

The size you select must match your dog’s back length. Please measure carefully before ordering.

1. Back length: Measure from the base of the neck, following the spine to the base of the tail. Do not measure beyond the tail. This measurement in inches is the size you select.

2. Chest circumference: Measure around the deepest part of the chest, just behind the front legs.

3. Neck circumference: Measure around the base of the neck.

Please check your dog’s chest measurement against the size chart. The jumper needs approximately 2–3 inches of additional room around the chest for comfort and ease of dressing.

Need a larger chest size? If your dog’s chest is larger than the standard measurements, enter their actual chest circumference in the optional custom-fit box when ordering.

Please do not select a longer jumper simply to accommodate a larger chest.

For further guidance, see our Whippet & Greyhound Measuring Guide.

Why Choose Our Cable Knit Whippet Jumper?

• Optional custom chest fit: Additional chest room can be accommodated when requested.
• Handmade in Scotland: Carefully made by The Whippet Coats.

Comfortable Everyday Warmth

This knitted whippet sweater is ideal for relaxing at home, chilly mornings, cooler evenings and keeping comfortable after outdoor walks.

The sleeveless design makes it easy to wear, while the elastic underbelly band helps maintain a neat fit around the waist.

For wet-weather walks, pair it with one of our waterproof whippet and greyhound coats.
