Returns & Refunds Policy
All of our garments are handmade to order in Scotland with great care and attention to detail.
Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom-Made & Personalised Items
Items made to your dog’s specific measurements, or personalised (for example with a name or custom fit), cannot be returned or refunded, unless faulty or not as described.
This is in line with the UK Consumer Contract Regulations for bespoke goods.
If your custom order arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Standard-Size Items
For standard-size garments (such as regular pyjamas or jumpers), we do accept returns or exchanges if:
- You contact us within 14 days of delivery
- The item is clean, hair-free, and unworn
- It is returned within 30 days of delivery
If returning for an exchange, the customer pays postage both ways.
If returning for a refund, postage is non-refundable.

Please include your invoice and a note with the reason for return or the new size requested inside the parcel.

CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS
Condition of Returns
We hope you understand that items will only be accepted for a refund or exchange if they are returned in an unworn, clean, and resellable condition.
This means:
• No dog hair on items
• No strong smells (dog, smoke, cooking, etc.)
• No marks or stains on the fabric
If an item is returned with pet hair, odour, or marks and cannot be resold, a minimum 40% deduction will be applied to cover cleaning, materials, and labour costs — or the item may be refused for refund entirely.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us directly to arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note:
• Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
